About Me
I am a postdoctoral scholar co-supervised by Prof. Jill Banfield (Banfield Lab) and Dr. Rohan Sachdeva, at the Innovative Genomics Institute, UC Berkeley. I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the City University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Prof. Shuai Cheng Li, where I developed computational methods for strain-level microbiome characterization, and my B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Northwestern Polytechnical University. My research focuses on developing novel computational methods to decipher human genomics and metagenomics.
